About Randall Cohen
Get to know Randall Cohen
When I established the Cohen Law Firm in Westlake Village, I did so because of my commitment to my clients, my connection to the community, and my desire to continue providing quality legal services at a reasonable cost. I have spent my entire life and career in and around Ventura County, moving from Ventura to Thousand Oaks when I was 12 years old.
I left the county briefly, but stayed close, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from U.C. Santa Barbara and my law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1986, graduating Magna Cum Laude. The Conejo Valley is the community where I’ve made my home and raised my family, and it’s where I have built enduring client relationships based on trust, service, and results.
My Beliefs
I believe that sophisticated legal representation should not require getting stuck in traffic, or getting stuck with inflated legal bills.
I believe that your attorney should act efficiently to accomplish your goals, using judgment and discretion to do only what is necessary without acrificing quality, billing fairly for the services provided.
I believe that your attorney should act efficiently to accomplish your goals, using judgment and discretion to do only what is necessary without acrificing quality, billing fairly for the services provided.
I believe that every business and individual I represent, in matters large and small, deserves my full commitment, personal attention, and the benefits of nearly 30 years of complex and varied legal experience.
I believe that when you meet with an attorney to discuss your concerns, you should have your questions answered and your mind put at ease.
I believe that your attorney should act with the utmost integrity, consistent with the highest ethical precepts, and in accordance with not only he written Rules of Professional Conduct, but with the unwritten rules of moral and societal standards.
I believe that your attorney should be a trusted advisor and vigorous advocate, available and accessible when you need him.
